The lunches will take place on St Andrew’s Day, Wednesday 30 November 2016, and feature some traditional Scottish dishes including Scotch broth soup, steak pie, stovies, clapshot potatoes and shortbread.
St Andrew's Day marks the beginning of Scotland’s winter festivals and every year people across Scotland celebrate the feast day of St Andrew’s with traditional Scottish music, food and ceilidhs. It is also an international celebration as St Andrew is also the patron saint of other countries including Romania, Greece and Russia.
